The Post Adoption Services focus is to stregthen and sustain families who have chosen to build their family through the adoption process. Clinical and case management services are available to children and parents for adoption and support families once the legal process of adoption is completed. Services include individual, family, and group support; psychological consultations; advocacy and referral services and respite care. Services are provided in the home, school, and community.
