Treatment Approach- Our therapists come from a wide range of backgrounds and are encouraged to draw from their personal experiences and education in determining their therapeutic approach
- Due to the research around Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) this therapeutic approach is accepted as ‘Best Practice’ by Family NET. In addition, we often utilize solution focused and family systems techniques.
- Person Centered Planning plays a significant part in our services. Consumers are actively involved in identifying goals for treatment. Additionally, any and all natural supports which the consumer desires to be involved in this planning process may have input.
- Our therapists receive ongoing training in cultural awareness, crisis intervention, CBT, assessments, providing community based services and much more.
